3 EXPIRING TERMS + 4 NEW STAGGERED TERMS THIS YEAR:
The 7 openings this year are:
- #1 thru 4: 2027 Expirations (4 yr. terms)--4 openings

- terms of 3 current directors expire in 2023, each is eligible for a second term
- plus 1 new 2027 opening
- #5: 2026 Expiration (3 yr. term)--1 new opening
- #6: 2025 Expiration--(2 year term)--1 new opening
- #7: 2024 Expiration--(1 year term)--1 new opening
"SLATE NOMINEES" NAMED:
Per our Bylaws, President Carlino has now nominated as "slate nominees" the following brothers for the following openings:
- 4 openings expiring in 2027:

- Incumbent: Robert Marshall (F-66)
- Incumbent: Brian Rheinhardt (F-79)
- New opening: Jonathan Shearer (S-06)
- 1 new opening expiring in 2026: Brian Wheeler (F-84)
- 1 new opening expiring in 2025: Alex Miller (F-10)
- 1 new opening expiring in 2024: Robert Walczak (F-06)
"PETITION NOMINEES"—JUNE DEADLINE:
Want to be a director this year? You absolutely could be! Just print a “petition nominee” form and complete it following instructions on the form. The term expiration year you want to run for must be clearly stated on the petition. By the end of June, send by email your completed form, with endorsements by 2 sponsors (endorsements can be on separate pages sent by scanning or photographing and emailing). POSSIBLE ELECTION(S)?—IN JULY:
If we end up with contested slots this year because we have more nominees (either "slate" or "petition" nominees) than expiring terms for a particular year of expiration, there will be an election. In other words, potentially 4 separate elections, one for each of the four expiration years. If an expiration year's opening(s) are uncontested, no election(s) needed and nominees are deemed elected.
CURRENT COMMITTEE & FUTURE DIRECTOR OPENINGS:
Other ways to get involved--there are openings on committees currently, and director openings come up this time every year. Email Jack Carlino, or any of the directors, if you are interested in serving on a committee now, or as a director down the road. No deadline for this. Help is always welcomed and appreciated!
